TERMS AND CONDITIONS as on April 29, 2015

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between Fusion Technologies Ltd and our customers. Please read them carefully and/or print and keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site.


Service requests can be made either by mail, fax or making a call to the office. The relevant service department personnel will advice on the procedure for the services required.


All prices and charges will be specified to you in a quotation that will be mailed, faxed or rather send back to you after you place an order or request. The quotation will include any VAT payable and delivery charges if applicable.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products or service you request for, any additional services you choose (e.g. installation, configurations), plus any applicable delivery charge will be clearly outlined in the quotation form.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and a validity of 7 days from date of quote.


We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of products you need. At some instances, we do free deliveries to our loyal and regular clients within the Nairobi CBD.
How We Deliver
Most products are delivered by our own delivery service depending on their size and value.
We will notify you which delivery method we will use or rather the person who is to deliver the product. An invoice document will also be treated as a delivery note by the receiving party.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding public holidays). If you order after 12.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
All deliveries must be signed for.


We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Please allow extra time for deliveries to outside Nairobi.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try our best to ensure that you receive your order in good condition. Incase of any problems, please inform us immediately by phone call at the time of delivery. We cannot cancel your purchase once you have received and signed for the goods.
